Return and Refund Policy

 Cancellations after our shipment of the product you ordered are not accepted. Please double-check your order on the confirmation screen before placing your order.

Once a product has been used, returns are not accepted, except as provided below.

We accept requests for the return, replacement, refund or redelivery of the products you purchased through this website only when the product does not conform to the specifications (“Specifications”) we provide in the documents attached to such products (such as instructions for use or “IFUs”) or fails to be delivered to you due to our negligence, and only when such requests are made in accordance with the following conditions.

Inspection

Please inspect the product (and if applicable, its accessories) immediately after your receipt.

Request for Return, Replacement, Refund or Redelivery

If you find any inconformity in the product with our Specifications, or if the product you ordered is not delivered to you after twenty (20) days of our shipment notice:
(i) first, please send your return or delivery request through our inquiry page on our corporate website or by e-mail to info@reltec.co.jp, (a) in case of return requests, with proof of inconformity with Specifications (such as photographs of the delivered product) within eight (8) days of receipt of the ordered product, or (b) in case of non-delivery, within thirty (30) days of the date of our shipment notice;

(ii) we will notify you by email within three (3) business days of receipt of your request above, (a) in case of return requests, whether or not you can ship the product to us for returns, (b) in case of non-delivery, the result of our confirmation of delivery status; and
(iii) in case of returns, you need to ship, if and after your request is approved in our email in (ii), the product to be returned to us so that it would reach us within twenty (20) days of the date you received our email in (ii).

No request for return, replacement, refund or redelivery will be accepted unless made in accordance with the above conditions.

In addition, no return, replacement or refund will be made:

  • If the product at issue appears to be used, altered or damaged after your receipt of the product
  • If the product tags or accessories are lost
  • If you have returned the product to us without prior notice

Due to the nature of the shipping process, which involves human handling and transportation by machines or vehicles, minor dents on the product packaging may occur during the shipment. We will not accept your return, replacement or refund requests for such dents on the product packaging.

Long-Term Absence or Refusal to receive the product

If the product is returned due to long-term absence or refusal to receive without prior notice, we will resend the product to you after we contact you.

In this case (when we resend the product to you), we will charge you for the re-shipping cost.

Please note that the payment method on the re-shipping cost is admitted with telegraphic transfer only excluding the credit card payment.

Bank charges as well as other expenses necessary for wire transfer will be deducted from the amounts to be refunded by Reltec. No interest will accrue on the amounts to be refunded by Reltec.
