The IG-E2 incorporates a redesigned structure that separates the AC adapter from the power cord, resulting in improved anti-static performance over the previous model, the IG-E1J. Furthermore, the main unit is treated with a special anti-static coating that minimizes static buildup and helps maintain stable negative ion emission over an extended period of use.

・Stably releases high concentrations of negative ions (commonly known as anions).
・Releases a maximum of 1.5 to 2 million negative ions per cubic centimeter.
