Regarding Shipping
As this product is made to order, the estimated time for product shipment is within 5 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery destination.
If any other issues arise, we will contact you.
If the order is received on a weekend or public holiday, it will be shipped on the second business day afterwards.

Since we use EMS for shipping, we cannot accept specific date and time requests.

Regarding Taxes on Imports

Regarding Refusal of Package Receipt Due to Incorrect Address or Long-term Absence (Package Return)
Please ensure that the address, phone number, and postal code are entered correctly.
If the product is returned due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, or due to long-term absence or refusal to accept the package without prior notice to us, the order will be automatically canceled.
In such cases, we will refund the payment amount after deducting shipping fees, bank charges, and any other costs required for remittance (this may vary depending on the payment method).
Please note that if it is found that the customer intentionally refuses to accept the product or leaves it unattended for a long time without a valid reason, we may cease future transactions with the customer.
